Good for beginners ? I purchased all these cymbals except the Hi Hats. I know they are affordable, but I cant understand why theyre touted as “good for beginners”. I have been playing for a long time and find these cymbals to be fantastic ! They are crisp, clean, project well, and have complimentary sound as a set. Unless you are a very heavy hitter, these cymbals are more than sufficient, and in my opinion worth more than I paid for them. I guess what it boils down to is that I love the sound and feel… end of…
Do not buy, cheap and thin. I have gone through 2, 14″ crash and 1, 16″ crash, all the ZBT line in less than one year and they were purchased right here. The price reflects what you get, cheap, thin, weak cymbals, my advice, buy them at a music store, Amazon buys rejects or something because they don’t even last as long as the store bought ones do. I have split and torn the Amazon bought cymbals in several places, however, my 10″ splash and 20″ ride of the same brand and model are holding up nicely, the…
