Amazingly quiet I run a kids band program and drum volume has always been a concern. I tried an electronic kit but it just wasn’t right. The pads were too small and the hihat was awful. These cymbals along with some mesh heads on an old kit are the perfect practice kit. The hihats sound good and respond just like full ones.
