A perfectly usable bass for about the price of a good gig bag. I have played guitar since 1965 and also bass for much of that time. I wanted a cheap knock-around bass I could take to camps and other outdoor events and said “$63.95, what the heck!” I was very pleasantly surprised.I ordered the bass late on October 29, and it is not Prime, so shipping was listed as free, but not 2 days. Great product for the price an absolute bargain Iâm VERY impressed with this bass guitar! For less than $70 shipped, I donât mind that itâs got a loose screw or has a really high action. It plays Better than you would expect, however the power output isnât as much compared to A $500 bass I use An upgraded bridge and pickup , some new strings perhaps , and it will be on par with the $500 bass. For the price it’s great You really can’t go wrong at this price. Mine came with a flawless finish, no fret sprout and the setup was playable right out of the box. Your mileage may vary.It is neck heavy because of the lightweight body. A wide leather strap would help combat that as would some lightweight tuners.
