Wuhan WUTBSU Western Style Cymbal Set with Cymbal Bag
This Wuhan Cymbal Package includes the Western Style 14 Hi Hats, 16 Crash, and 20 Ride. Wuhan cymbals don’t presume to challenge the sound quality, variety, and reputation of the fine professional-level cymbals on today’s market. Wuhan cymbals instead give you quality with a price that won’t empty your wallet. Generally, affordable cymbals are made of less-expensive sheet alloys, using short-cut manufacturing methods and finishing steps in order to keep the cost down. And with the resulting cymbals you pretty much get what you pay for. Wuhan cymbals are made of high-quality cast B20 alloy. They’re handcrafted in China according to two-thousand-year-old traditional methods. They’re buffed to a brilliant finish, and stamped with an unobtrusive but attractive logo.

Excellent quality for the price I’ve been playing drums for 28 years. I’ve played on countless brands of cymbals, worked at many drum stores, set up clinics for many famous drummers, and I have to say that for the money, these are the best I’ve ever seen, PERIOD. I have no clue how they can sell these cymbals for so cheap and produce the sound they do, but I’m extremely grateful. Let’s break down the sounds.14″ Hats:Very crisp and clean. Stick articulation is very clear and concise. Don’t sound too…
At first, I was a little disappointed in these, then WOW I decided to roll the dice on these as I needed a spare pair of cymbals to leave behind when one of my drums sets is left at a venue. Out of the box, I was a little disappointed in these. They look nice, but I wasn’t thrilled with the sound. The Ride had a bit too much wash and the hi-hats sounded a shade tinny. The 16″ crash seemed pretty decent. All in all i figured they’d be a serviceable spare set for home, but I wasn’t blown away by them. For reference, these are intended to…
Excellent and worthwhile upgrade for beginner drum kits that come with crappy cymbals. I am a life long guitar player, I’ve decided to give drums a go. Always wanted to do it, so now that I can afford these indulgences I recently bought a Pearl Roadshow Kit. Its a great kit for the money but the included hi-hats and crash/ride are terrible. I’m new at this and even I know what crap sounds like. I read about these Wuhan’s and they’re supposed to be a bargain at twice the price, so I said WTF and pulled the trigger. FWIW as a newb, I’m impressed. They definitely sound a lot better…
