Banjo Fever… I play professional and this is a great start for a budding musician. I will say that I had to set the bridge position and head tension to the correct specs to get it to play right and have decent sound. Also the fifth string gear was abt an 3/4 inch off from where it is supposed to be but thats not a biggie. Great starter banjo I am very pleased with this instrument for the price. You can pay a lot more for a banjo and get a lot less. Everything is well made and tight, and the instrument arrived with the setup 90% complete — neck angle, action, head tension — were all within a range that required only minor adjustments. One caveat was, the banjo apparently shipped with the bridge attached — not a good idea, as the bridge had fallen off and was rattling around in the box. I’ve mentioned to Amazon shipping…
shipping was fast i ordered it Sunday and got it Tuesday. packaging was good for the most part. the banjos overall condition was 3.5 out 0f 5. really nice and clean no visible scratches or cracks that i could see rite off the bat. so i take the resonator off to check the back,first thing i see is a big made in china sticker.i figured that for the price.2nd was the resonator has 4 bolts to hold it on and 2 were broke clean off and the 3rd one the screw insert fell out.pretty bummed to say the…
