Their durability is good, handling rimshots like a pro While in high school I used VF SD1s for almost all of my symphonic and concert band playing. After a 15 year break I was needing new sticks before going to my first rehearsal with a community symphonic band. After adding a pair of SD1s to my shopping cart I saw the ad for these Ted Atkatz Signature sticks and added them as well. After a full season practicing and performing I must say that my SD1s look practically brand new because I only used them for the random cymbal crashes…
Excellent Sticks.
