VELLEMAN KIT – ISSUES & NO SPARE PARTS!!!

A big issue with the VELLEMAN KIT we had was the LACK OF SPARE PARTS!!! The kit came with ABSOLUTELY NO SPARE PARTS and in our case, ONE Thyristor was bad and another one slowly failing… To protect us for the possible failure we had placed an order overseas for 10 Thyristors. We asked VELLEMAN to send 3 Thyristors so we could replace all of them but VELLEMAN would not send more than ONE Replacement Thyristor. We were surprised since they pay less than $0.49 / Thyristor.
