Batting .500; a good thing? One out of two (So far) ain’t bad, I guess. I bought these adapters to connect my headphones. Today, the 20th one of the two adapters fell apart. I received them on the 18th. I was blaming the headphones for the scratchy, flaky sound and when I unplugged the adapter to try it in another amp, it came apart in 3 small pieces.
