Outstanding Sound and Construction, but ODD attachment system If you look at the picture of this item, you’ll see an attachment nut extending from the wood block. But when delivered, the nut is flush with the block, installed backwards, for shipping reasons. Attempting to turn or remove the nut will damage the wood, even though it is very tough oak and otherwise sturdy and strong.The trick is gently removing the two support legs of the bracket (which is like a giant staple extending into the block’s pre-drilled end holes).
