One Tuning Per Battery This is a decent tuner for the cost. It does seem to “read” a bit slow, as noted by other reviewers. But patience does pay off in in that regard. I have found that at center tuning (when it should be on pitch) the actual pitch of the string can vary by a few cents either side of zero, which can lead to slight dissonance between certain pitches. Do not buy – they eat through batteries When I received this tuner I liked it’s convenient design and small size. I installed the included battery and it worked fine. When I took it out of my instrument case to use it the second time (a few days later), the battery was dead.
