I like the bamboo sticks, as I play in a 30′ x 30′ (roughly) room. So it’s nice use these to have softer beats and I generally like the sounds you get from ’em also. You can really use these for hard, or slow songs.The only problem I have is that sometimes I can get the individual bamboo sticks caught in the drum rims… But that is no fault to the bamboo sticks, I get caught the normal wood sticks also, but the bamboo sticks can break. So, may need a few backups if playing professionally…
