Didn’t fit my 12″ open-back banjo The case arrived relatively quickly (3 days), the packaging was sub par ( the box was half open when it arrived, as the single strip of tape did not adequately secure both box flaps), but luckily the case did not fall out. The case itself seems well made. It is composed of a fiberglass composite with what appears to be a thick tolex, I bought the light brown version. The interior is satisfactory. I ordered this for my 12″ open-back Hoyt banjo, and it was too small. The padding around the diameter of the pot was about 12″, but didn’t accommodate the hardware without major manipulation/forcing. And even once I got it in, the top wouldn’t close without forcing it. Maybe my banjo is just bigger than average, not sure.
