Worked as advertised – Good volume The unit worked very well. If you follow the instructions, recording is very easy and the playback was much louder than I expected. I am using this for a novelty product that may be across the room and with the speaker facing forward, this will do the job. The instructions specify setting the volume on the playback device only AFTER you’ve plugged in this module (into your phone, computer, etc.). nice record playback other reviews complained about the volume. It’s a little weak, but I bet they didn’t try enclosing the speaker. A speaker open in free air isn’t going to do much.
