Great guitar – especially for beginners! This guitar is great, especially since I am just learning how to play and it is my first. The picture of it is a bit misleading but only because neck is more orange than expected. However, the guitar was light and a great size; which made learning the basics even easier for me. The Spectrum AIL is a great starter/student guitar and performs on par with many guitars … The Spectrum AIL is a great starter/student guitar and performs on par with many guitars 3-4x the price. It also comes with many accessories to get any starter playing right out of the box. The quality of the build on the guitar is quite impressive and the electronics and sounds produced from both the single coil and humbucking pickups are pretty good.
