Price vs Quality, Price won I’m a new drummer teaching myself to play. I have played more expencive double pedals and wanted one for a cheap set of drums that was donated to me. This fills the beginner double base player perfectly.The build quality was OK, and yes the screws are all loose and need to be tightened before use. The return springs both came loose the first time I played but just took a good once over and all was well. I beat the tar out of these nightly and they have stood up to my 6’5 legs thus…
Cheap replacement for small gigs at most! I actually was thinking that this would be a decent double kick pedal for me to use. Even more so I hoped that it would be better than the PDP double bass pedall. Bear with me though, this is a good replacement double pedal for the money, but to use it and abuse it for a prolonged period of time like you would with a better and more high quality series of double pedals…?
