Works great for the Goldtone Beard model square neck dobro’s I was a bit hesitant to order due to some of the reviews but being that it was a Prime item; I figured I couldn’t lose. I’m glad I did because the Beard,Wave and Sheerhorn capo’s are so expensive. I’m sure they are great but this does the job on my Goldtone Beard dobro. I don’t feel it would be that slow to employ on stage or in a jam once you have learned to use it. For me; I got the hang of it within 5 mins. Anyway; I don’t think you will be disappointed. I love this capo. It works great. It doesn’t pull anything out of tune and it’s really quick and easy to use. The only problem I have with it is when you want to capo to the key of A (2 frets from the nut) I really have to muscle it in as it’s a little too tall to fit easily. It would probably work fine with a real dobro but my resonator is a guitar that has been converted to a dobro. The strings at the peghead end of the neck are closer to the fretboard than they are at the near end. Other…
