It’s okay, I guess The sounds are pretty good and it can do quite a few nice things, but I just don’t find myself using it that much.I think it comes down to the workflow. I got this because it can sequence polyphony, which it does just fine, but after using an Electribe for a while, I’m just spoiled with how easy it it to work with. There are some things that make this thing not so great for playing live, like holding down the shift key and pressing a note is the way it transposes, which makes it…
I LOVE this thing! This thing is the perfect idea machine for me. Every time I sit down to it I come up with a cool new beat.Maybe I’ll start with the drum machine (which is amazing, the fact that this thing can be used as a drum machine with GREAT SOUNDING kits!) and lay down a simple 16, 32 or 12 beat rhythm on the pattern sequencer.
