Better than I expected. I absolutely cannot believe this only cost $150 shipped! Buy one of these now before they’re gone. This is an incredible value. 20 years ago, working at a Guitar Center, I put together many cheap drum kits. Once it’s tuned correctly, I think this kit sounds as good as a Pulse or comparable kit.The hardware and cymbals are not great, but that’s to be expected at this price.I also had to glue a crack on the inside of the floor tom rim. I suppose I could’ve sent it back, but I wanted to set it up and play it, and it was an easy fix with just a dab of glue and a clamp overnight…
Great value Look, these aren’t professional drums. They do sound a bit hollow, but for my beginner who isn’t sure if she really wants to play longterm or not, they are well worth the price. Easy assembly, they are attractive, and she loves them. The cymbals are a bit tinny sounding, and the snare isn’t as smooth as I’d like, but again…. they are super cheap for a beginner or for a kiddo to just have fun. If you’re on a budget, these would more than suffice for a set at home for practice. My daughter…
