So close, but no cigar. Man, I wanted this so badly to work out… Alas, it’s going back.I read the reviews and expected to have to do some work to get this up to playability standards. Planned on replacing all the electronics, bridge and tuners. I had also panned to level the frets and make sure the nut was set right. Unfortunately, the neck and fretboard was damaged at the factory (defects) so much that I felt I couldn’t work with it and fix it since I’m a novice. Many of the frets were popped up off…
