High Quality Sticks (opinion from a VicFirth fan) I must own dozens of pairs of sticks. But I just purchased an electronic drum kit which has black rubber pads instead of normal skins used on a normal acoustic drum. First off I’d like to mention that I’ve been using VicFirth Float and Hardimon sticks (Tom Float was my instructor) for over 11 years. This is my first ProMark product, and I have to say I’m very impressed. The feel, responsiveness, and articulation are excellent. The sticks are also very well matched/pitched.
