Not Sturdy. The FretRest from Guitar Center is worth the extra $8. I have a couple of FretRest guitar stands I bought from Guitar Center (HT1010). They’re $8 more so I figured these were probably the same thing, probably from the same factory in China, just with a different label. Save $8 why not right? Nope. Something wrong here… I’m familiar with the On Stage Classic Series XCG-4. I have two that Iâve used for years.The Amazon images above are of an On Stage Classic series XCG-4 guitar stand. But there is something wrong here.What I received is either a cheap knock off, or, On Stage changed their XCG-4 for the worse.And based on reviewer photoâs.
