good fit. Can’t beat it for the price. I use it to hold a small boom attached to a mic from a wire shelf in my office. As you might expect, it wobbles a bit from the weight if the mic is touched, but it doesn’t bend (so far) and it’s perfectly still otherwise, and strong enough to hold it all in place. I would like a stronger one with better hardware, but I can get by with this. The price is right. I guess if the boom were permanently extended, and holding the mic out there, cable attached, it would…
