Unable to Register the hardware because serial is locked, RETURNED AS UNUSABLE ZERO STARS. I would love to review this product, but trying to register the hardware to allow me to actually use it fails because the serial number has been locked by customer support. No response from the company yet. So basically I have bought a alarm expensive paperweight at this point. This is why I try to avoid any form of authentication services. Worked fine for one day, then something went wrong… RESERVING JUDGEMENT! Upon receiving the product and installing the req’d software & updating the keyboard firmware, all appeared operational. The next day, after turning power on to the powered USB hub that was attached to the S61 (the computer was already on – iMac latest version (not PRO)) I noticed the KK displays/LEDs flashed on then went off. Solid construction but key travel is too long. Review for A49.Pros:-Sturdy construction-Mod/pitch wheels feel great. Good resistance and grippy feel. Really like them a lot.-plug and play with mac and logic for basic midi controller.
