Unable to Register the hardware because serial is locked, RETURNED AS UNUSABLE ZERO STARS. I would love to review this product, but trying to register the hardware to allow me to actually use it fails because the serial number has been locked by customer support. No response from the company yet. So basically I have bought a alarm expensive paperweight at this point. This is why I try to avoid any form of authentication services. Don’t have the latest version of Ableton? Look Elsewhere I purchased this based off my extremely positive experience with my Komplete Kontrol s88, as I am not only able to integrate into the Komplete software well, but also use the midi encoders and buttons to use within ableton.
