Lightweight and rich sound! Purchased this cajon to be played in a church band. The cajon itself is lightweight which is good since it is frequently moved about. However, it doesn’t mean that it’s cheaply made. It is firmly and solidly constructed. The wood and materials are very high quality as it delivers a very rich sound which fills the room. Great quality & sound but louder than some of us need. No complaints with quality of construction or sound quality but just be aware these are very loud. I jam in a casual setting with 2-3 other musicians & these would be very overpowering in say a living room setting. I returned them & opted for the “session” pair which were perfect for my needs. If you play plugged in & miked these would be fantastic but if you play acoustically in say a casual patio or living room setting you may want to reconsider. Same great quality just a…
