M7 is superior to M6 for low-end musicians. Night and day difference between the M6 and M7 for low-end musicians. I own both earphones. Where the M6 can be harsh, the M7 is smooth. Where the M6 is shallow, M7 is deep. I was pretty happy with M6 as a great value earphone, until I got the M7.There is probably a good application for M6, perhaps in-ear monitoring for vocalists, guitarists?
