Compared to the ‘real’ Gibson & Epiphone SG’s this guitar has beautiful sculpturing! Cheapers ones are usually thick around the edges, but this one has ‘beveling’ that rivals the classic super-expensive re-issues. Very nice sound/tone. Flawless! I bought this guitar as the very last one available on Amazon through the Warehouse deals. I was not expecting much as far as quality, but I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box, checked for any flaws and tested the pickups, clean and with distortion. Beautifully made and comparable to a genuine Gibson SG, and around 1/10 the price! Made by Inyen Co. in Vietnam. The word(s) on the truss cover plate is in Vietnamese, but who cares?
