Hello, I am having some trouble playing the selected audio file. I downloaded and input the new audio into the file, everything was good when inserting the selected audio file, the device came up on my laptop, and I inserted a .mp3 audio file in, yet it does not seem to want to play the recorded audio. I saw the power source required a 5 volt battery but I only had a 9 volt. I tinkered with the volume and pressed the button yet still nothing worked. Is there some step I am missing that fixes…
