Good for the money A high grade melodion costs three or four times what an Ariette costs. And if your aim is to play hard driving music, you might do better with top quality, used. If you can find one. But for what it is, the Ariette–at least the newer one, which I have–is giving me tons of pleasure. Nothing sticks. The bellows are a bit stiff–which is how at least one expert said they SHOULD be. (You should play with one strap on the bellows locked–to force control, it seems.) Anyway, if something better…
