The HyDrive Design

The unique hybrid cone speaker is constructed using an outside paper cone, producing deep and warm low frequencies, and an inside aluminum cone which produces mids and cut, yet are still sweet.

Additional Features
The HD75 offers a flexible input that accommodates a broad range of input levels, so that you can use passive model basses or those with active circuitry. Hartke revolutionized bass amplification in 1985 when founder Larry Hartke created a unique aluminum cone driver that produced a bass tone with broader dynamics than had ever been heard before. Since then, Hartke has developed a wide range of amplifier and speaker models for various instruments, and has introduced their unique sound to a whole new generation of musicians from all genres. Their success can be attributed to Hartke’s reputation for quality and excellence, making them one of the largest producers of bass amplification in the world.

Compact Perfection My main purpose for this was to have a decent bedroom amp. This is that all day plus more. There isnt alot of reviews on the smaller 15 out there. Most of the reviews i have found are on the 25 model. As a practice amp the HD15 has an amazing deep clean tone when used with my 5 string Sterling bass. I wasn’t expecting that coming from such a small amp. Its also amazing loud for its size when used in smaller rooms. What brought me to this brand over the many many others wasnt the Hartke…
Couldn’t Be Happier I’ve always read good reviews on Hartke products, and I wanted to try one out for myself. The price seemed right and the reviews were great, so I purchased it. I couldn’t be happier. The new speaker “technology” they’ve incorporated was nothing I’ve ever heard of, but it sounds stellar. I’ve never owned anything above 10 watts, so I’m used to relativelyâ small amps. 25 watts was bigger than I expected, but I can take it on gigs, so that’s good. The sound is great, it’s durable, and it’s…
it is a great amp producing a nice clean sound
