Great acoustic electric hybrid string, makes a piezo sing.A humbucker hum. Great for guitars with Electric + Acoustic pickups. I play a Godin LGX-SA guitar, which has both magnetic (electric) and piezo (acoustic) pickups, and sends signals from each through two separate jacks simultaneously. I play it this way most of the time, sending the acoustic signal to one channel, and the electric signal through an effects pedalboard to another channel. These have become my go-to guitar string of choice. I have them on my Martin, Loar Archtop with a P-90 and even have them on a resonator that has a humbucker pickup mounted beneath the strings.I’ve tried resonator strings on my resonator and with the exception of the high B & E strings, the other strings didn’t pickup as loudly when plugged into an amp.
