Great Case for the price I’d really give this more of a 3.5 stars than 3. Yes, it is cheaper than most cymbal cases so major points there for being under $100-200. It holds everything I need and does what it should. However, I have some qualms.The first one I ordered was returned because it was scuffed up and covered in some kind of grease (?). Gross. Sent it back and got a new one that wasn’t scuffed but also had a bunch of oil or grease on it. Maybe this is something to do with the manufacturing process…
Moving lots of cymbals without some sort of case is a huge hassle. After trying it once, I bought this case. You need to know that, contrary to the picture, there are no rollers and retractable handle. That’s a picture of the more expensive models. This case is fine and cost-effective compared with others. It has felt washers inside and a large wing nut to hold the cymbals securely. Do not over-tighten the wing nut of course, just as you wouldn’t over-tighten a cymbal to a stand. You’ll need…
