Works like it should. No issues at all. What can I say, it just works like it should. Hooked up to Roland EP-7II digital piano and then my Windows 10 desktop PC. Windows recognized the MIDI adapter immediately. After setting the proper settings in my DAW (Studio One 3 Artist) it saw my keyboard and away I went. Have not had any issues with lost signals or dropped connections to/from my PC and keyboard. Great option, compatible with Apple USB to Lightning adapter I am very happy. About 6 years ago I ordered the following midi cable from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0017H4EBG/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and played with it a few times over the years but it never worked to quite right. It would randomly play extra notes and miss the notes you were playing. I thought it was a problem with my old Technics PX-203 digital piano.
