The product works fine. The only beef was the plastic adjustment knob (in the middle of the X) was broken. It was functional and I could glue it together (more or less), but a broken knob on a new product? Contacted the seller, but no replacement part was available, apparently. So, stuck with a glued together broken knob. I could have gone through the trouble of returning the product and reordering, but that is time and effort that I did feel I should have to put forth.
