Very poorly made, no quality assurance I ordered one of these for my daughter after she saw a guy playing one on TV. It arrived in factory packaging, but the center “tongue” as it is called was not aligned properly. When pulled, it sprung back and hit the metal frame. I have returned it and await a replacement. I read other reviews that this product is poorly made, so I do not have high hopes for the replacement.Suggestion to the 1st Note Company in Cleveland that makes these things: hire a QA inspector…
