First Act Model FG1106 Natural Acoustic Guitar is only a toy. I bought it for a child to learn on, we have an older one made of wood (I got the model No. from it). I was able to tune the older guitar, but she wanted a new one. It can be tuned somewhat, but it can not be played because the frets deaden the string when fretting a chord. Very displease. I fixed the older guitar with the bridge saddle I also purchased and put the string I also bought through Amazon and it can be tuned and played.
