Pure nickel done right. I have tried numerous pure nickel wrap strings, and these are by far the best sounding and longest lasting in my opinion. The biggest difference that seems to set these apart from the others (DR, GHS, Gibson, etc.) is the phenomenal resonant low end these have. They’re not boomy or bassy, there’s just a muscular and resonant character to them, with excellent sustain. They must have nailed the core/wrap sizing just right, or something.
