This is the greatest little practice amp for a beginner such as myself This is the greatest little practice amp for a beginner such as myself. It definitely won’t compete with an acoustic drummer (which is why my gearhead dad recommended the next size up, despite not having a drummer) but it can get pretty loud; at least loud enough to keep up with my guitarist, playing acoustic or electric.
