Good little pedal, I plan to buy more Donner pedals.
Good Blues Driver I bought this pedal based on price and a few demo/reviews I found online. At the price it didn’t look like much of a risk.This is small, nothing like the size of the stomp boxes of old.It doesn’t use batteries either, it’s strictly powered by a wall adapter.It works well and it offers the sound I’m looking for. No hum or static.It’s easy to adjust with the toggle switch and three dials. I’m really happy with the versatility this little pedal offers. It’s not a bad choice…
Good sound and good value I’m pairing this with a Donner compressor and an old Rat. The Blues Drive works well on its own and with the compressor for two different flavors of light dirt. Great contrast of two completely distinct tonal universes between this and the Rat. One peculiarity is that the “hot” setting has less gain and the “warm” setting has more gain.
