Passes first inspection, appears to make the grade. I just received my jazz bass DIY kit and I’m looking forward to building it. Upon first inspection everything seems to be here and as i was most curious to know if the neck fit properly I was pleased to find it fit snuggly and doesn’t seem to need anything more than screwing it in place. The wood is definitely passable as i first see it ,no dings or scratches.Hardware and electronics are lower grade but serviceable as expected. It is said that first impressions count and so far my impression…
