Dean Resonator Chrome/Gold Thin Body Electric Resonator
The Dean Chrome Acoustic-Electric Resonator Guitar has an ornate engraved chrome body with a mahogany neck, “F” sound holes, and a traditional slotted headstock. The rosewood fingerboard displays large split block inlays. Grover tuners make it a cinch to get in tune and stay there. The Chrome G Resonator has a versatile electronics system that has both a magnetic “lipstick” pickup and a piezo electric pickup which gives you the ability to produce both electric and acoustic tones.

Not good. This guitar had to have been a return, used. It has some sort of stain all over the resonatorplate. It was either sweat on, bled on, or was subjected to intense heat. I worked in metal allmy life so I know. The only nice thing I can say about it, is the neck to hand fit, it’s wide, and the tuners are awesome. I don’t know if the abolone is real but it looks nice on the knobs and fretboard. The forward knob turned like it had grit inside, which also suggest maybe sweat flowed…
Nice guitar after setup This guitar looks great and is solidly built. It comes with the action set for slide work only and the strings it comes with are mammoth. I planed 1/8 ” off of the bridge ( invalidating the warranty ) and put light gauge strings on and can play it like a normal guitar now. The output from the pickups is low but going through the p.a. The gain can be increased adequately. The pickups are free of hum and that is good. The special sound of the resonator guitar is worth the price of…
