Five Stars These strings are great, like any other daddario strings, and they ARE different from regular/traditional electric guitar strings. In my opinion they have less ‘new string sound’ but are brighter sounding strings, so they don’t sound as metallic as ordinary new strings but they retain the sound that they have for much longer than regular strings; a regular set of strings will keep their new sound for maybe a couple days before settling in, these ones keep it for weeks.
