Good case I am very pleased with this mandolin case – it resolved my search for a reasonably-priced, relatively-protective case with backpack straps. The case is not as strong or tight or heavy as a Calton case, but the price of this case reflects that. It fits my A-style mandolin well (including the tone guard). Works perfectly! I got the deluxe wood hard case for my girlfriend’s f-body mandolin. The “leather look” finish is surprisingly attractive, and the hardware is beautiful. The interior is a very soothing shade of blue, and extremely soft. Her mandolin has a couple of stylized bits poking out of the opposite side of the “f” side, but it still fits into the case perfectly.
