An excellent value I am “new” to the Ukulele but have over 40 years of experience with acoustic and electric guitars ranging from high end to bargain basement in quality. The build quality on the EUT-70 is top notch. I have literally zero complaints – no sharp fret ends, no messy glue globs, the finish is nice and even – the tuners are OK, and the setup is fine. NOW I’m MAD ! NOW I’m MAD – I purchased 5 Ukeleles from Amazon recently, a HILO, KALA, HOLA, ENYA, and a DONNER.The DONNER, being one of the cheapest is the only one with good intonation (is chromatically in tune all the way up to the 12th fret).ALL the others are so bad, they are virtually unplayable to a musicians ear without modifcations.IF DONNER can do it, WHY can’t the others, especially when they are more expensive ?The craftsmanship on most of these UKES are excellent…
My First Uke! I ordered this as my first personal uke after playing around with my sisters sorprano sized uke. I knew I wanted something slightly bigger so I went with the concert size. I was a little hesitant at first being that there is only a few ratings/reviews. I just went for it because of the unique design and beautiful color. I couldn’t be anymore happier with my uke 🙂 sounds great, love the extra goodies it comes with especially the case! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking into purchasing…
