SYNTH IT UP!!! This works just as I expected. Unfortunately, many “bass synth” pedals are glorified octave pedals that can give you a synth-ish sound, but aren’t terribly versatile. Doo doo doo waka waka wibble wobble Boingzzz…! I have upgraded from the DigiTech Bass Synth/Wah for two purposes: 1. The DigiTech doesn’t have an expression input and the envelope filter is an internal control that I was told could have an expression input moded by JHS but from videos it sounds like they can only give you control to a degree but the envelope itself sounds self closing. 2.
