Pretty great versatile fuzz, although it’s a bit gainy. With the gain all the way down and the level and tone dimed, it sounds like a fuzz face and the volume control on your guitar will give you various shades of overdrive and clean. Crank the gain and it sweeps through tone bender sounds into big muff territory. The tone control is super responsive and makes it easy to dial in a sound. This is a great little budget silicon fuzz. It sounds sort of Fuzz Face-ish to me, with a little more silicon bite to it. The pedal itself feels very well constructed, and came with pre-shaped rubber and velco stick ons for the back, which is a really considerate little bonus on Azor’s part.This pedal can go from medium distortion-like fuzz to ripping your face off with a wall of sound, and the tone knob has a surprisingly large range, to the point where it’s almost unwieldy.
