I might get some use out of it I bought this as a back up to the Mooer Yellow Comp. There are a number of things the two have in common. One, they are both optical comp circuits. Two, they have a notable sweet spot that, when placed at the front of your chain, makes everything downstream sound better. Three, they both treat attack the same; there’s not much in the way of ‘clamping’ so, if you were hoping to tame your own wild dynamics, look elsewhere – you’re probably not an opto comp type of player.
