An extremely play-able midi controller with superior build quality Here is the deal. For the price, you likely wont get a better “feeling” keyboard than the Arturia Keystep 32. I have several under-$200 midi controllers and keyboards, and the build quality on this guy sets the bar at this price range. The keyboard itself is great. It’s small The keyboard itself is great. It’s small, high quality, easy to play on and the keys aren’t slippery and also don’t stick to my fingers. Nice and dry keybed like artificial ivory. The aftertouch is a great touch and it’s polyphonic AT. I did have a big problem with it disconnecting on me due to a loose USB jack but after some trial and error I found it’s the cable it came with and not the jack on the back of it.
