All Maple Weissenborn Style Electric Lap Steel Hawaiian Guitar
This beautiful Weissenborn style hollow neck guitar is very nicely crafted with all maple plywood. It boasts a mellow and resonant original “mysterioso” sound along with a sweet tone. In addition, an advanced pickup system is installed for more amplifying purpose. The dual outputs of Low-Z and Hi-Z provide the versatility of sound effects.

It sounds fairly good but you have to change the strings to a heavier gauge made for a Weisenborn style guitar. The end jack for the plug ins has both 1/4′ and a microphone type jack. The microphone jack is louder but is very sensitive to what cable is used and some loud pops are present – I am still trying to find the correct cable to fit it. This might become a problem since a not so good end plate and jacks was used in the building. The finish is not gloss and would have been nicer if time…
