I had to fix it before I could use it!!! It wouldn’t even power on straight out the box. I was about to put it right neck in the box to return it but decided to look inside for a possible simple fix. The bolts inside weren’t even hand tightened, the Brackets were bent, and I found the problem was the power cable wasn’t connected. After fixing all the above mentioned problems, the amp finally works. I do feel I’m owed some money for having to work on a supposedly newly purchased amp (the inside components didn’t really look that new…
